You can follow the steps below to solve the questions you may encounter during the distance education process faster.

Student Portal Procedures

After your registration is completed, your access information (username and password) will be sent to you via e-mail by the Registrar's Office so that you can access the digital services (Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Outlook, KIUS) which offered by our university.

You can follow the support steps below for problems you may experience in your distance education accounts.

In case of facing any access problems with the digital services, please send an e-mail to [email protected] request about resetting your password, however, make sure to write down your student number, name surname and your department.

After your password is reset, your temporary password will be sent to you by email.

You need to create a new password on https://kius.csu.edu.tr

After you set your password, you must wait 45 minutes. Your password will be updated within 45 minutes. At the end of this period, you can log in to the services (KIUS, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Outlook etc.) with your new password.
Students ‘emails should always be checked and used by students, all news and information about the academic year will be sent to the students` emails.

Academic Procedures

You can contact with your academic advisor about your course registration and any other academic inquiries.

You can send an e-mail to [email protected] for inquiries you want to receive from the registrar`s office.

You can send an e-mail to [email protected] to apply for a scholarship.

Accounts Office

You can send an e-mail to [email protected] for your payment plan, scholarship status, validity of your scholarship and financial questions

Important Note

In the content of the e-mail you will send while using support services, you must clearly state your student number, name, surname, the program you are enrolled in and your inquiry.
