Arrival Information for Foreign Students
People who will enter our country via air-sea routes and from outside the island using the land border crossings, taking into account the country entry criteria (pre-departure negative PCR test result from the last 72 hours), can fill in the passenger form at the address adapass.gov.ct.tr and can enter the island with the QR code to be obtained. People who do not perform this process will be able to enter with the required documents up until 27/09/2021. People who will enter the country by obtaining a QR code will benefit from the opportunity for fast-track passage.

General Rules
VACCINATED PEOPLE: Who have completed the vaccination programme. From 14 days after the last dose.
- SINOVAC: 2 DOSES
- BIONTECH: 2 DOSES
- SINOPHARM: 2 DOSES
- COMIRNATY (Pfizer/Biontech): 2 DOSES
- VAXZEVRIA (Astrazeneca/Oxford): 2 DOSES
- COVID-19 Vaccine Janssen / Johnson and Johnson: 1 DOSE
- SPUTNIK V: 2 DOSES
- MODERNA: 2 DOSES
- People who have had two doses of a vaccine different from the vaccines mentioned above will be considered as vaccinated.
- People who have had the Covid-19 disease and six months have passed will be considered as vaccinated if they have 1 dose of vaccine.
- People who have had the disease: Submit a positive PCR test result taken between 30-180 days prior to travel. These people will be evaluated as vaccinated people.
- Children under the age of 18 will be able to enter the country with parents who are vaccinated or who have had the disease as stated above based on the category of the country they have travelled from and in accordance with the PCR test rules (children who are 6 years old and over).

Rules to be followed to protect from Covid-19:
- Do not go outside without wearing a mask,wear your mask so that it covers your mouth and nose.
- Stay away from crowded environments (at least 2 meters social distance)
- Wash your hands frequently with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.
- Use alcohol-containing hand sanitizer when soap and water are not available.
- Cover your mouth and nose with disposable tissue when coughing or sneezing. If you don’t have a tissue, use the inside of your elbow.
- Avoid close contact, such as shaking hands or hugging
- Do not touch your eyes, mouth, and nose with your hands
- Ventilate your environment frequently, leave windows and doors open as much as possible.
- Wash your clothes at 60-90 C with normal detergent
- Clean frequently used surfaces such as door handles, faucets, sinks with water, and detergent every day.
- If you have cold symptoms, do not contact the elderly and those with chronic diseases.
- Do not share your personal belongings such as towels.
- Drink plenty of fluids, eat a balanced diet, pay attention to your sleep patterns
- If you have symptoms such as high fever, cough, shortness of breath, severe headache, diarrhea, apply to a hospital by wearing your mask.
